Active Ingredients: A proprietary blend of (Psyllium, Corn Silk, Slippery Elm, Chamomile, Cascara, Dandelion, Hydrangea, Myrrh, Ginger and Licorice) 900 mg per 2.5 cc Scoop included/480 mg per capsule.

Recommended use: For best result use in combination with #10 Foundation. Capsules
